Your brief

The first step is for us to understand your property requirements by discussing them with you either by email, on the phone or in person. Apartment or villa? How many bedrooms and bathrooms? What location do you prefer? What is your budget? Answers to these and other questions will enable us to formulate a brief.
We will also run through the Mallorcan property purchase process with you, so that you can put in hand certain necessary procedures.

Your brief will help us offer you objective guidance and advice on where to buy in Mallorca, places to avoid, those more suited to permanent living than holiday homes and even weather considerations – there is quite a difference in different parts of the Island.

Your property short list

Following your brief, we use our local knowledge and expertise to consider relevant properties on the market, working with our network of Estate Agents, developers and other contacts. We cross-reference your requirements and provide a short list of properties for viewing. From this list, you decide on those properties you wish to view. Naturally we will be happy to answer any queries and in certain circumstances we can visit properties on your behalf.

Viewing properties

When you next visit Mallorca, we will meet you and make arrangements to view the short-listed properties, offering an unbiased view and advice to ensure that you make the right decision. If you find that nothing is quite suitable, we can continue to search on your behalf.

Property purchase

When you find your perfect property and decide to purchase, our knowledge and experience of the property market on Mallorca enables us to negotiate with the Estate Agents or developers and ensure you are paying a proper market price for your property.
We will guide you through the buying process, accessing English – speaking professionals, including Lawyers and Notaries, to enable you to proceed without any of the usual worries associated with buying property abroad.

Moving in

We live on the Island of Mallorca, so you can be sure that we will be here to help you settle into your new property and answer any queries you may have. We can even provide a list of professional advisors, removal companies, builders and decorators for any work that you may wish to carry out plus property management companies for on-going services.
